The Platypus Junction Group is a family focussed provider of high quality childcare. Our desire to find high quality childcare for our own family led us to open our first childcare centre in Brighton in 1996.

Over the next 10 years of operation we built childcare centres in Mildura, Aspendale, Beacon Cove, Ringwood and Bentleigh, also purchasing centres in Vermont and Box Hill. Each centre we have owned has achieved the ‘Highest Quality’ rating by the National Childcare Accreditation Council.

Having re-entered the Childcare Industry in 2008, we are excited to have opened the first of our purpose-built childcare centres, Platypus Junction Mentone and more recently we have opened Platypus Junction Mt Eliza.

What has driven us is an absolute commitment to excellence in caring for your child, from the bright, light, open environment to a smiling face in the foyer that welcomes you when you arrive.
