As most parents know, caring for children can at times be demanding. We invest a great deal of effort attracting team members with not only the best qualifications but also the right qualities. We work hard to create an environment that our team enjoy being a part of, which is also in the best interests of our children too.

We strive to help our team members build careers in childcare, not just jobs. We support considerable practical and theoretical training and team building through our training and development initiatives.

We provide parents with as much support and flexibility as we can. Here are just a few of the things we do to help:

• We are available to talk and we listen to what you have to say.

• Cook balanced, healthy, nutritious meals for children from breakfast through to a late supper.

• Provide good quality disposable nappies.

• Host parent social nights to meet the team, experience what we do, discuss and share experiences.

• House a very useful Parent Resource Library with books, CD-ROMs and videos on parenting and child development.

• Invite experts to talk on a variety topics that help us navigate our way through parenting issues - behaviour, nutrition ,speech development, health, resilience, positive parenting.
